Replacements, Ltd. announces changes to
senior management team

GREENSBORO, N.C., November 3, 2008 – Replacements, Ltd. is pleased to announce the company has restructured several senior leadership positions.  Dale Frederiksen will be assuming the position of senior vice president and chief product officer, while Randy Foster has been named vice president of purchasing operations.  Anne Embrey is now vice president of customer service and fulfillment operations. 

The company also announces the following promotions to newly created positions on the company’s senior management team.  Chris Kirkman has been named as the company’s director of product/inventory operations, Karen Pirello as director of continuous improvement, Jason Price as director of silver operations and Brian Hicks as director of human resources.  Robin Long also expands her role as director of business development.

In related moves, Pat West has been promoted to curating manager.
