Replacements’ Harris receives prestigious nursing award

GREENSBORO, N.C., March 23, 2007 –  Replacements, Ltd. congratulates the company’s occupational health nurse, Carol Harris,  on receiving the coveted 2007 Cleo Everhart Award from the North Carolina Association of Occupational Health Nurses (NCAOHN).

NCAOHN established this award to recognize a nurse who provides exemplary direct nursing services to the employee population and often is not as visible as those professionals who have chosen to accept more of a leadership role in the occupational health field. Harris was nominated by her peers.

During her five years with Replacements, Harris has been instrumental in establishing preventative health care initiatives, including breast and prostate cancer screenings, daily exercise programs and the company’s annual Wellness Fair.  Her contributions are credited with helping build a stronger bond between the company and its associates by empowering employees to take control of their health and wellness.
